When it comes to the IT support offered by Aptronics, customers have two main options: break/fix and managed.
That means you can use us on a per-incident basis where you call us when something goes wrong and we send people to you to sort it out, or you can retain our support services for an agreed-upon fee and we will proactively manage your entire infrastructure and deal with problems as and when they arise.
Should you prefer a fully-managed support service, we provide support all the way up the value chain, from assisting with end-user desktop issues to troubleshooting server problems to interfacing between you and your third-party suppliers to resolve issues.
We’re also able to do a knowledge assessment of your IT environment to gain a full understanding of how it works, and provide support on that as and when you need it.
