Our consultants engage with customers on the needs, concerns and risks of their IT environments and provide advice on what can be done with them to achieve the business’s stated objectives. They spend considerable time with each client gaining an understanding of how the customer is currently operating, in order to make the right recommendations.

They provide full site assessments, typically focusing on customers’ underlying infrastructure, how it’s being used, how old it is, to what capacity it’s currently being utilised and what its maximum overall capacity is and how clients are monitoring their IT environments.

They also get an idea of whether the overall design is fit for purpose based on the apps that are used, and then generate a full map of the entire infrastructure to provide clients with an accurate overview of their IT situation.

Current processes and procedures are also examined, PPS assessments performed, all in the context of what the business does (and is trying to achieve) in order to make accurate, helpful recommendations as to what can be changed, upgraded or replaced entirely to make the IT infrastructure better serve the business’s over-arching objectives.

We’re also able to assess whether the people in crucial roles are skilled properly for the job at hand, and provide feedback as to how to up-skill any staff whose knowledge and skills may not be as up to date as required.

We also provide full assessment services, so customers can come to us and outline their requirements and our consultants will set about coming up with a strategy on how to meet them. Once strategies have been proposed and accepted, we can pass customers on to other divisions of our business that are equipped to implement those accepted solutions.
